Privacy notice
Temporary notice. Business entity details and a full legal review for the regions where Herelume has customers (for example Singapore PDPA, the EU/UK GDPR and US state laws) are still to be confirmed. The points below describe how we use information in practice today. They are not a final privacy policy.
Who we are: Herelume. Public contact: [email protected]. Legal entity name and registered address are still to be confirmed and will be added here once finalised.
What we collect: the details you put in the enquiry form (name, email, business name, location, your Google Maps link and your message).
Why: only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to set up and manage your Google Business Profile. We do not sell your information.
If you become a client: we will agree in writing what we may do on your profile. We work as a manager only, never ask for your Google password, and release access within 7 business days of you ending the service. Reviews and customer details we see while managing your profile are used only for that work. We use AI writing tools to help draft replies and posts, and you approve each reply before it is posted.
Your rights: you may ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected]. Retention period is still to be confirmed by the owner and will be stated here once set.
